If you have the money, buy a house, no really!

I cant believe how low the prices have become due to the bank mortgage crisis. People with no credit were able to buy houses for crazy prices a few years ago. I know someone who cashed out on 1 million just for two houses and now they are both worth less than 600,000. But wait, these prices will eventually go up again because of so many immigrants coming to the US in the next 10 years. People would have to live somewhere you know…

Now the banks have crazy deals such as extremely low interest and even no interest for a certain period of time when you buy over some fixed price. I think not only is it great to buy a house but also a car. cadilalc.jpgFinance for 36 months NO INTEREST? WOW! I would have loved that, but i already have a car.

    Isn’t the ad to the left also partly because practically nobody wants an SUV these days due to gas prices? I’ve seen a lot of people trying to sell off theirs.
