You can sue the law if you dont like it
Hehe, Yep. Now days you can sue anything and everyone. Why, you can even sue the Bush Administration ( like Valerie Plame did). Now there is a new controversy.
The First amendmant states “ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. “.
There is a problem with that. There is a new law that requires tour guides to make a license before becoming an official tour guide. That kinda sucks considering that many people know their city pretty well. So how does this effect us? Well tour guides make living by telling people about the city. In Philadelphia , three men are suring the government because they are forced to pay $25 for the license to tell people about historic and modern places an events. They are saying that its unjust and goes against the very amendment of rights.
