Movie Review Problems
I have problems with those reviewers who seem to judge the movie by the amount spent on it. I hate to see people ” review” before the movies are actually out in theaters. One the movies I think that generally received a poor judgment was ” I am Legend “. It happened to be a good movie that I thought was suitable for any age. The story was nice and the scenes made sense too.
Then comes the reviewers who had a problem with the zombies. They asked why they were CGI ( computer generated images) when it doesnt really matter considering how realistic it all was. They gave it mixed review. I really wasnt surprised considering how these foolish people attract attention by going against the one way traffic of people who do like it.
check out the reviews on Google for I am Legend and you’d be surprised. Just make sure you watch the movie first!

As a reviewer myself, I never look at the cost it took to make the movie. I look at the acting and the plot. Money is just numbers.

I am Legend did have horrible use of CG though. Everyone has jumped on the band wagon for the whole dislocated jaw scene. I thought it was a great movie, but its use of CG was horrendous. All the parts excluding it we’re great.
Nothing can beat the wonder of real costumes. Think of ALIEN, Predator, The Thing. If you do CG you have to do it right. Have you heard of the ‘Uncanny Valley’ this might explain some of the reviewers objections.
I saw the movie, I thought it was pretty good.
I thought it was a great movie, and the CGI was good most of the time (though some of the zombie bits seemed a little too unreal looking).
It was amazingly creepy seeing NYC they way they portrayed it, they did an amazing job with that!
